Tile & Stone Design Center (TSDC) is a tile, stone and lifestyle showroom serving homeowners, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Our showroom brings together an extensive selection of tile and stone with ZAGARA Home, our luxury home and lifestyle brand, creating an environment centered around design, materials, and elevated living.
We are seeking a polished, motivated and design-minded Showroom Sales & Design Coordinator to join our team.

The Role
You will work directly with homeowners and trade professionals, helping guide projects from initial inspiration and material selection through quoting, ordering, and follow-up.
This is not simply a retail sales position. We are looking for someone who can combine design sensibility, exceptional client service, organization, and sales to create an elevated showroom experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist showroom clients and trade professionals
- Guide clients through tile, stone and lifestyle product selections
- Understand each client's design aesthetic, project needs, budget, and timeline
- Assist with coordinating materials, finishes, and product selections
- Prepare estimates and quotes
- Follow up consistently on open quotes and prospective projects
- Coordinate samples, pricing, product information, and availability
- Communicate with manufacturers and vendors
- Maintain accurate client and project records
- Assist with orders and project coordination
- Maintain an organized and beautifully presented showroom
- Develop relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and contractors
- Assist with showroom events and trade initiatives
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge through ongoing training

Experience
Previous tile and stone experience is a plus, but not required.
