Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance to enhance their stay experience
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to address reservations, questions, or concerns
- Maintain accurate records during night audits and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
- Assist with guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and resolving issues promptly
- Support front desk operations by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
