Job Summary: The faux finisher will repair finished surfaces using a variety of filler materials, appropriate finishes, and a variety of different application methods. They will be expected to communicate clearly with project managers about jobsite requirements, repair quality expectations, and deadline management. They will also be expected to keep track of kit inventory and be able to forecast resource consumption.
Responsibilities:
- Develop repeatable processes for completing repairs.
- Protect the surrounding environment from additional damage during the repair process.
- Adapt existing processes for different methods of application
- Manage provided kit inventory
- Using color theory for real world applications
- Repairing/restoring finished surfaces
- Collaborate with fellow employees on potential product enhancements

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and squatting
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
