Little Peaches Learning Center LLC is a small business in Fredericksburg, TX. We are looking for staff who love the lord and have a passion for helping grow little minds.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom
- Follow all policies and procedures related to childcare and child welfare
Skills:
- Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and understanding when working with students
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Familiarity with early intervention strategies for children with special needs
