Responsibilities Include:
- Leading leasing operations and occupancy growth
- Supporting marketing and resident retention initiatives
- Assisting with Tax Credit compliance and leasing documentation
- Training and motivating leasing staff
- Delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Supporting community events and resident engagement
- Working closely with Property Management leadership to achieve operational goals
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Previous leasing experience required
- Tax Credit / LIHTC experience preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong customer service, sales, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Yardi or property management software experience preferred
