We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager ready to lead teams, improve processes, and help homeowners restore normalcy after disaster strikes.
Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, packout or moving industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to direct field teams effectively
- Experience managing contents inventory, restoration workflows, and customer communication
- Knowledge of Job Nimbus or similar restoration/project management software preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong networking and sales skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the packout and contents restoration process from start to finish
- Conduct initial job assessments, develop work scopes, and coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients
- Lead and schedule field technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of jobs
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking, labeling, and documentation of contents using company software
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners, adjusters, and internal departments throughout each project
- Verify that cleaning, deodorization, and storage processes meet quality and safety standards
- Review project budgets, time tracking, and materials usage for efficiency and profitability
- Resolve field or client issues promptly and professionally
- Perform site inspections, ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Support the company’s commitment to exceptional customer experience and accountability
