RN Supervisor – Night Shift (NOC) | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Job description:
Resolve is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a RN Nurse Supervisor at our Resolve Diamondback location. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while guiding and supporting clinical staff during night operations
Schedule:
- Full-time NOC (5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during Night shifts
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate patient care
- Serve as the point of contact for clinical decision-making and escalation
- Coordinate staffing assignments and support workflow efficiency
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- SNF/LTC experience required
- Must have an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments
