This is a field-based Project Manager role overseeing residential painting projects from signed contract to completion.
WHAT WE’RE ALL ABOUT:
I’m Jess, the CEO of Greenhaus Painting — we’re a female-owned, Fairfield County–based residential painting company that hires extraordinary people.
We’re a team who cares deeply about the work we do, the people we do it with, and the lives we’re intentionally building both inside and outside of work.
We know the very best people want more than just money, a title, or the same tired corporate nonsense that’s out there. You’re looking for an opportunity that matches your ambition, aligns with your values, and genuinely lights you up.
We are too — and we hope that’s you.
KEEP READING IF:
- You want work that adds to your life — not drains it
- You thrive in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment
- You’re ambitious, driven, and take pride in your work
- You genuinely enjoy serving people and building real relationships
- You want ownership and responsibility, not micromanagement
- You hold yourself to high standards and expect the same from others
- You’re calm under pressure and good at solving problems in real time
- You like being in the field and on the move
- You’re hungry to grow, learn, and level up as a professional
- You love setting big goals and don’t half-ass anything
- You’re a badass
If that hits home, you’ll feel at home with us.
WHO WE ARE
Greenhaus Painting is the fastest-growing residential painting company in Fairfield County. We care deeply about our clients, our work, and each other — and we’re building a culture of powerhouse human beings who show up every day ready to rock.
Being female-owned sets us apart, but it’s not the only thing that breaks the mold of what a painting company “should” be. The home improvement industry is overdue for change. Homeowners are tired of low standards and subpar contractors, and we’re raising the bar by delivering a level of professionalism and client care most homeowners have never experienced — one project at a time.
We’re part of a National Painting Group, a network of high-performing home-improvement companies united by the same mission: elevate the trades and create meaningful careers.
We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for someone we can invest in who’s ready to grow with us.
WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AT GREENHAUS
- Ownership, Not Micromanagement You’re trusted to run your projects, make decisions, and own outcomes — with support when you need it.
- A Team That Actually Feels Like a Team We’re tight-knit, supportive, and genuinely enjoy working together. If you’re hired, it’s because we see our values reflected in you.
- Performance Without Burnout We deliver exceptional results without hustle culture. Structure, systems, and clarity allow for strong work-life balance.
- Training That Sets You Up to Win We take onboarding and development seriously. You’ll receive thorough training, clear systems, and ongoing coaching.
- Growth & Advancement This role can grow with you. High performers earn more responsibility, influence, and leadership opportunities.
THE ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER
As a Project Manager at Greenhaus, you own the client experience from the moment a contract is signed through final completion.
