About the Role
We’re looking for a competitive, goal-driven B2B Account Manager who thrives in a performance-based environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a sports mindset—team-oriented, disciplined, and motivated to win. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with business clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that drive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate products/services
- Generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
