Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed
- Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills with an energetic, positive attitude
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts and handle multiple tables simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy
- Previous experience with food industry tools like Food industry knowledge, Food preparation skills, and Guest services is highly desirable
- Open availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
