Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and beverage service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, including Aloha POS.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding food preparation and ingredients.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring basic math skills are applied for transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance guest experiences.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
