Oak Hill Country Club is seeking an experienced and service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to support à la carte dining operations across multiple outlets, including 1901, the Donald Ross Pub, and seasonal dining venues. This leadership role helps ensure consistent, high-level service while supporting team development and daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily restaurant operations across multiple dining outlets

Lead, coach, and support service staff during service periods

Conduct pre-shift meetings, opening/closing procedures, and daily inspections

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and member experience expectations are met

Assist with scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance management

Address member and guest concerns promptly and professionally

Support POS closeouts, reporting, inventories, and administrative tasks
Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of food & beverage leadership experience

Strong service leadership and communication skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Private club or upscale dining experience preferred

Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or ability to obtain)
