We are a Thai and Lao family run casual outdoor dining restaurant. If you have a passion or interest in southeast asian food and would love to share spicy flavors of our culture we would love to meet you. Some responsibilities but not limited to:
Hosts- This includes taking reservations through our Resy app on our ipad (If you are not familiar with the app Resy or any other reservation applications we are able to train you). Take calls for take-out orders or answer any questions about the restaurant. Light bussing/ cleaning/ stocking and Greeting/seating customers, hand off take out orders to delivery drivers and guests. Ultimately, you will ensure our daily operations run smoothly and our guests have a pleasant dining experience. You are our first and last impression.
Servers - We require you to have at least 1 year of experience. Knowledge is power, if you are familiar with Thai or Lao food and culture or the language even better. You are able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest focused environment to provide the best casual dining experience by demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return. Assists in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant.
All positions are able to get a discount on food and are able to take home a family meal at the end of a shift. All positions are tipped positions.
