- Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up church and K-12 education projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain short-term schedules and three-week look-ahead plans
- Drive project milestones to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards
- Conduct daily site walks, safety meetings, and subcontractor coordination meetings
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety requirements
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with local authorities and project stakeholders
- Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure accurate field execution
- Identify and resolve field issues that could impact schedule, budget, or quality
- Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates
- Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout efforts
