What You’ll Do:
As a CSR, you are the heartbeat of our operation. You will:
- Be the Face of Harts: Deliver exceptional first impressions by answering incoming calls with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
- Own the Schedule: Seamlessly book and confirm service appointments to keep our field technicians busy.
- Connect & Convert: Use proven call structures to handle inquiries while building genuine rapport with homeowners.
- Drive Growth: Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers to help the team smash goals.
- Solve Problems: Bring positivity, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset to every shift.
What We Are Looking For:
- A friendly, high-energy personality with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills—you know how to listen and speak with empathy.
- Strong reliability and dependability (your team and our customers count on you!).
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple screens.
- Prior customer service, call center, or dispatch experience is a plus, but we will train the right attitude!
