Responsibilities include. Lead conceptual design, site survey, design turnover, and construction administration. Processes: Perform HVAC and plumbing system design and calculations, including creating design drawings, schematic reports, specific cost estimates, conduct engineering analysis and modeling, such as building load calculations, energy analysis and airflow modeling. Collaborate w/ clients, architects and engineers to develop coordinated design documents. Lead business development by meeting prospective clients and preparing competitive proposal package. Req. exp. w/AutCAD, REVIT, HAP, and Microsoft Office and familiarity w/NY, NJ, PA constr. codes. Manage people activities incl. onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. Requires MS in mechanical engineering and Project Management.
