WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee daily operations and enrollment
- Ensure licensing compliance
- Build a positive, accountable culture
- Manage budgets and staffing ratios
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's in ECE or equivalent
- 3+ years of leadership in childcare
- Knowledge of licensing regulations
- Excellent communication skills
