We are seeking a motivated Marketer/Community Liaison to develop referral relationships and help grow our patient census in the Dallas market.
Position Summary
The Marketer/Community Liaison serves as the face of the agency within the community. This individual will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare professionals to generate referrals and increase agency visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships throughout the Dallas area
- Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, and community organizations
- Educate referral sources about agency services
- Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach activities
- Follow up with referral sources and referral opportunities
- Submit weekly activity reports
Pay: $18.00 per hour
