Duties
- Help implement age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate curriculum development principles, including literacy education, math, and physical education.
- Help create a nurturing environment that supports infant care, toddler care, or preschool activities.
- Help manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques to promote respectful interactions and social skills.
- Assist the Lead teacher in supporting childhood development milestones by observing, assessing, and documenting each child's progress regularly.
- Help maintain a clean, safe classroom environment aligned with childcare standards and daycare regulations.
- Use effective communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members about developmental goals and classroom activities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in educational or daycare settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education practices such as curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms for infants, toddlers or preschool-aged children with patience and professionalism.
- Certification or training in childhood development or early childhood education is desirable.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.50 per hour
