Schedule: Week 1- Sunday 11PM-7PM + 2 nights within the week flexible Week 2 - Sunday 7AM-3PM + 2 nights within the week flexible

Gold Crest Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on the evening shift at our 175-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in the Pelham Gardens area of the Bronx, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and support nursing staff while ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing personnel to ensure compliance with job descriptions and care standards.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
- Serve as a key point of communication for patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Schedule and assign staff to meet patient care requirements.
- Conduct routine walking rounds to monitor staff performance and resident well-being.
- Assess residents upon admission and as conditions change.
- Accurately implement and verify physician orders.
- Communicate resident status changes between shifts to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in state and federal facility inspections as required.
- Plan and implement clinical education and orientation programs for staff.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels for each shift.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State RN License (required)
- Experience in Long-Term Care (required)
- Previous Supervisory Experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
