Lead high-end outdoor construction and landscape projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency at every stage.

Manage project budgets, track profitability, and ensure projects meet established gross margin goals.

Optimize scheduling, quality control, and material management to drive operational excellence.

Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors, oversee contracts, and manage relationships to improve project outcomes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution.

5+ years of project management experience in construction or landscape industries, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

Strong knowledge of project workflows, efficiencies, and industry best practices in construction or landscape management.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze job costing, and track financial performance.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and experience with ERP or scheduling software (Aspire experience is a plus).

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, CAPM, CSM, or Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) are a plus.
