The Lot Technician plays a vital role in maintaining the dealership's vehicle inventory, appearance, and overall operations. This position is responsible for organizing and transporting vehicles, maintaining lot presentation, supporting sales and service departments, and ensuring every vehicle is displayed to Acura of Dayton's high standards.

Maintain an organized, clean, and professional vehicle display throughout the dealership.

Safely move new, used, and customer vehicles throughout the property.

Ensure all inventory is properly parked, aligned, fueled, and presentation-ready.

Wash, dry, and detail vehicles as needed.

Install dealer plates, window stickers, promotional materials, and accessories.

Conduct routine lot inspections and report any vehicle damage immediately.

Keep all vehicle batteries charged and tire pressures properly maintained.

Assist with incoming inventory by checking in new vehicle deliveries.

Shuttle vehicles between departments, off-site locations, auctions, or vendors when needed.

Support the Sales and Service Departments with vehicle staging and deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness of the lot, sidewalks, parking areas, and customer-facing spaces.

Remove snow, ice, debris, and trash from dealership property as needed.

Assist with dealership events, inventory photography, and merchandising.

Follow all dealership safety policies and manufacturer standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
