We are looking for a detail-obsessed finisher to join our firearm manufacturing team. You'll take precision-machined parts straight from the CNC and remove burrs, sharp edges, and tool marks to meet our strict QC standards.
About the Role:
A Deburring & Finishing Technician is an important part of our team. You are responsible for the final finishing on all parts that are produced by our CNC machines. This position requires a strong attention to detail. You will be polishing, blending, removing burrs, and sharp edges, and any tool marks, to meet our strict QC standards.
Responsibilities:
- Hand-deburr machined parts using files, blades, and rotary tools
- Operate tumblers, sandblasters, and other finishing equipment
- Inspect for tool marks, chatter, and imperfections before QC
- Work with production leads to keep parts flowing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Who are you:
- 2+ Experience with hand tools, deburring, or finishing required
- Strong attention to detail - perfection matters here
- Reliability and steady hands are a must
- Comfortable on your feet and working with small batches or high volume
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ with legal ability to work on firearms
- Must pass a background check (ATF requirement)
- No felony convictions
- Ability to precisely follow verbal and written instruction
- Able to sit/stand for long periods and work with your hands all day
- Ability to work under magnification for small parts
- Willing to work overtime or weekends as needed (preference)
