About the Role
As a Server at Genki Wagyu Shabu House, you are responsible for the guest experience — guiding patrons through our courses, broth selections, and beverages. We're looking for energetic team players with a minimum of 1-year of experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm welcoming services and provide menu recommendations
- Maintain attentive service across assigned tables while keeping stations clean and organized
- Deliver orders accurately and process payments using our POS system
- Supporting smooth table turnovers in fast-pace dining environment
