You’ll Be Joining

What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Greeting clients and providing a welcoming first impression
- Processing payments and handling daily client transactions
- Serving as the main communication hub between clients and the clinical team
- Managing a paperless system (strong computer skills required)
- Supporting technicians and doctors when needed to keep the day flowing smoothly
- Multitasking in a busy, interruption-heavy environment while maintaining professionalism
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and team members, both verbally and in writing
Schedule
- Full-time (approximately 30–40 hours/week)
- Rotating Saturday coverage (short half-day schedule)
- No late nights or on-call shifts (sister hospital handles emergencies)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong computer skills (paperless system experience preferred)
- Willingness to jump in and support the team wherever needed
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional during challenging client interactions
