Nestea Recruiting is recruiting on behalf of Dermaveda Aesthetic for a licensed Registered Nurse for its Norman, Oklahoma location.
Dermaveda Aesthetic is seeking a nurse who can support scheduled patient visits in an outpatient aesthetic and medspa-style environment. This role involves patient intake support, documentation, patient observation, treatment-area preparation, and communication with the supervising provider and clinic team.
This is an on-site position in Norman, OK. The selected candidate will be employed directly by Dermaveda Aesthetic. Nestea Recruiting is assisting with recruitment and candidate communication only.
Role Summary
The Aesthetic Clinic Nurse will help support a professional, organized, and safety-focused patient experience during scheduled aesthetic and wellness visits.
This position is appropriate for a Registered Nurse who can follow written procedures, communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, and work carefully in a patient-facing clinic setting.
All responsibilities are performed according to Dermaveda Aesthetic procedures, provider direction, applicable Oklahoma nursing regulations, and RN scope-of-practice requirements.
What the Nurse Will Help With
Instead of a hospital or emergency-care setting, this position supports scheduled clinic appointments. The nurse will help prepare for visits, assist during patient flow, complete required documentation, and support clinic safety procedures.
Daily work may include:
- Reviewing patient intake forms, health history, and screening information
- Preparing treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment before appointments
- Supporting providers and clinic staff during scheduled patient visits
- Observing patients during assigned services and reporting concerns appropriately
- Completing charting, consent documentation, service notes, and related records
- Providing approved pre-service and post-service instructions to patients
- Following sanitation, infection prevention, privacy, and workplace safety procedures
- Communicating professionally with providers, management, team members, and patients
- Escalating contraindications, unusual symptoms, medical questions, or patient concerns to the supervising provider
- Participating in required training, onboarding, meetings, and protocol education
Paid Clinic Training
Dermaveda Aesthetic provides paid training before the selected nurse independently performs assigned responsibilities.
Training may include clinic workflow, patient safety expectations, documentation standards, aesthetic service protocols, sanitation procedures, privacy practices, and provider-directed care processes.
Prior medspa, aesthetic, cosmetic, or dermatology experience is helpful but not required for qualified candidates who are willing to complete training.
Required training hours are paid.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to work on-site in Norman, Oklahoma
- Comfort working directly with patients in an outpatient aesthetic clinic environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to follow written procedures and provider direction
- Willingness to complete required paid training before independently performing assigned duties
Nurses Starting or Growing in Aesthetic Care
Registered Nurses who are newly licensed or looking to build experience in an outpatient aesthetic setting are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with an active RN license will be considered if they demonstrate professionalism, reliability, careful documentation habits, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn Dermaveda Aesthetic’s procedures.

Schedule and Hours
This position is scheduled for four workdays per week.
The schedule includes Sunday plus three weekday shifts. Typical shifts are approximately 7–8 hours.
Clinic operating hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional time before opening or after closing may be needed for clinical preparation, documentation, training, or administrative tasks. Final schedule details will be reviewed during the interview process.
Pay
$20.00–$28.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Required training hours are paid. Additional compensation details, if applicable, will be reviewed during the hiring process.
