The Area Manager provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple assigned clinics. This role is critical in ensuring consistent quality, compliance and operational excellence across all clinics.

Direct daily operations at assigned locations, traveling between all locations weekly to ensure standardized work flows and high level performance.

Provide leadership and direction to clinics within the assigned area.

Hire, coordinate training plan, onboard, and mentor new staff for assigned area to ensure adherence to patient care standards.

Oversee and develop comprehensive training programs for clinic staff within the designated area.

Track key performance indicators (KPI) through reporting which includes but not limited to are patient retention, patient volume, bookings, and staff productivity.

Conduct performance evaluations and maintain high standards of care and services.

Collaborate with Human Resources on staff discipline and improvement initiatives.

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to improve clinic flow and patient experience.

Review and address clinical incidents and patient safety concerns.

Attend scheduled meetings with operations and other department managers to ensure cross-functional collaboration.

Maintain open lines of communication with the Medical Providers to maintain clinic standards and leadership alignment.

Oversee and approve employee time tracking & attendance communications as well as time off requests.

Fill in as needed within the assigned area.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field

Degree Substitution: 4 years of related experience

Valid Driver’s License

Current state LPN or RN licensure for state of work location

Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, plastic surgery procedures, and post-operative care.

Experience in healthcare or clinic operations including multi-site clinic oversight

3+ years in management

Analytical skills with experience tracking and improving KPIs

Background in developing teams and leaders
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (up to 8 hours per day).

Frequent standing and walking within the clinic to supervise operations and support staff/patients.

Occasional bending, stooping, and reaching to access files, supplies, or assist with minor clinical support tasks.

Ability to lift or move light objects (e.g., boxes of medical supplies, patient charts, or small equipment) typically up to 20 pounds.

Manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate computers, phones, and office/medical equipment.

Clear verbal communication to interact effectively with patients, staff, vendors, and physicians.

Hearing ability to respond to patients, phone calls, and internal communications in a clinical setting.
