Purpose of the Position:
UAS and Counter UAS Software Engineer provides software development and integration of aviation components.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Engineer for UAS Software development and integration of aviation components
- Develop and Maintain integration software and hardware
- Maintain the configuration of integration software and hardware
- Support program and technical interchange meetings
- Support customer technical interchange meetings
- Support hands on testing of UAS operations and software
- Conduct demonstration for customers
Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree - preferably in Science, Engineering with 2 - 4 years full-time work experience or an equivalent combination of education and years of experience
- Ability to develop and integrate software in the accomplishment of Aviation and Aerospace requirements
- Experience in UAS development, integration and operations
- Computer Programming Languages for Aviation and Aerospace programs
- U.S. citizenship required
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent years of experience in an Engineering, Scientific, or Aviation Management Field
