Start at $21/Hour During Paid Training
Every new installer starts at $21.00/hour during paid training while learning our installation processes and quality standards.
Once you demonstrate your skills and consistently produce quality work, you'll have the opportunity to move into our performance-based compensation structure.
Top-performing installers can earn the equivalent of $50-$70+/hour.

What You'll Do
As a Residential Flooring Installer, you'll help transform customers' homes by installing flooring and completing professional finish work.
Depending on your experience and training, your responsibilities may include:
- Installing luxury vinyl plank (LVP)
- Installing laminate flooring
- Installing hardwood flooring
- Installing engineered hardwood
- Installing tile and other flooring products
- Removing existing flooring
- Preparing and repairing subfloors
- Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing flooring
- Performing floor preparation and leveling
- Installing transitions and trim
- Completing finishing details
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Protecting customers' homes and property
- Following SIR installation processes and quality standards
- Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members

Requirements
- Previous flooring installation, construction, remodeling, or hands-on trade experience preferred
- Experience with LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile, or similar materials is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work safely on residential job sites
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
