We are seeking a motivated and experienced LISW to serve as our Clinical Supervisor. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, helping build new programs, and ensuring compliance with Ohio behavioral health standards. The schedule is flexible and responsibilities may expand as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to clinical staff.
- Ensure compliance with Ohio behavioral health regulations and professional standards.
- Assist with accreditation preparation and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
- Review and approve clinical documentation as required.
- Support the development of clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership on program development and implementation.
- Provide consultation regarding clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
- Opportunity to provide direct clinical services if desired.
Qualifications
- Active Ohio Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) license in good standing.
- Experience providing clinical supervision preferred.
- Knowledge of Ohio behavioral health regulations and accreditation standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
