About the Opportunity:
We are hiring a U.S. Operations Manager to join our team and provide dedicated operational support to one of our clients, a growing industrial automation and robotics company expanding its operations in the United States.
In this role, you will support the day-to-day administration and operational management of the client's U.S. entity while coordinating with accountants, attorneys, payroll providers, vendors, and other professional service providers.
This role is ideal for an experienced operations professional who enjoys working across multiple business functions in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. As the client's U.S. operations continue to expand, this position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and increased leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the client's U.S. entity.

Manage and coordinate functions related to HR, payroll, accounting, finance, legal matters, compliance, office administration, and vendor management.

Serve as the primary liaison with accountants, attorneys, payroll providers, banks, insurance brokers, vendors, and other external professional service providers.

Maintain contracts, corporate records, expense documentation, compliance requirements, and other entity-related administrative matters.

Monitor project schedules, operational issues, key milestones, and follow-up actions.

Support U.S. business initiatives and operational activities, including projects in Kentucky and other U.S. locations.

Facilitate communication among the client's U.S. operations, overseas headquarters, executive leadership, and external business partners.

Help develop scalable operational processes to support the continued growth of the client's U.S. organization.
Qualifications:

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Fluent in both Korean and English, with the ability to conduct business meetings, conference calls, and professional correspondence in both languages.

Experience supporting or managing the operations of a U.S. entity, subsidiary, branch office, or small-to-medium-sized business.

Experience coordinating functions such as HR, payroll, accounting, finance, legal, compliance, office administration, and vendor management.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, project coordination, and prioritization skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on action items with limited supervision.

Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail when working with senior executives and external business partners.

Willingness to travel domestically within the United States as business needs require.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, engineering, or project-based operations is preferred.

Leadership potential and the ability to assume broader management responsibilities as the client's U.S. operations continue to grow.

Preferred: On-site in Louisville, Kentucky.

Alternative: Candidates residing in neighboring states may be considered for a work-from-home arrangement, depending on business needs. However, frequent travel to Louisville, Kentucky will be required.
