Sales Consultant – AI Marketing Systems (Commission-Based, Remote)

We’re entering a major growth phase in 2026 and are looking for driven people who want to grow with the company, not just “hit numbers.”
This is not a traditional sales role. We value listening, education, and relationship-building. Our consultants diagnose challenges, ask great questions, and recommend solutions only when there’s a genuine fit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead 45-minute discovery conversations focused on understanding the business
- Thoughtfully qualify or disqualify prospects for a follow-up strategy session
- Run 30-minute AI Competitive Growth Analysis conversations
- Manage follow-ups and keep CRM notes organized and accurate
- Build trust through calm, professional communication
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission-based (no cap)
- Realistic earnings: $60,000–$120,000/year once ramped. On-Target Earnings: $90,000/year
- No prospecting - all calls are pre-set
