Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

- Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Overtime available until 3:30 PM

We are hiring Construction Framers to build custom wall panels, floor systems, and roof trusses in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood framing components according to production plans
- Build roof trusses, floor systems, and wall panels for custom homes
- Read and interpret blueprints and design drawings
- Operate hand tools and power tools, including saws, nail guns, and staple guns
- Verify measurements and maintain quality standards throughout production
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous framing, carpentry, construction, or woodworking experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and blueprints
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of lumber and building materials
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and positive work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Physical Requirements
- Lift and carry heavy building materials throughout the shift
- Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
