Portello Lounge is looking for experienced kitchen positions. Relaxed environment with a mix of fast paced service as well as prep work. The team is close knit and everyone helps out in every area of the kitchen. The small size of the kitchen requires good and an ability to work together, communicate, get along and help each other succeed. $23-26/hourly + tips (hourly DOE)
Available Positions: (require a level of independence, ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively.)
- Line Cook/prep cook - This position requires kitchen experience with opening and closing shifts and prep available. Responsibilities include maintaining reasonable ticket times, prep work, communication with the front of house and kitchen staff. MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR SOME LUNCH/DAY SHIFTS and some evenings.
