Partners Cooperative, Inc. is a 501(e) Not-for-Profit support services company serving 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit hospitals, governmental authority hospitals, and university-based academic health systems. With a contract portfolio of over 800 contracts and more than 200 projects annually, Partners Cooperative's mission is to provide cost-saving initiatives and operational efficiencies for its membership through data-driven insights.
The Onboarding Analyst supports the onboarding, activation, and initial engagement of new member organizations. This role assists with contract activations, supplier connections, project participation, savings reporting, and onboarding-related activities to help ensure members successfully integrate into Partners Cooperative programs and services.
The Onboarding Analyst works closely with members, suppliers, Vizient, distribution partners, and internal teams to coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate records, support contract participation, prepare member communications, and track onboarding milestones and member value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Member Onboarding & Initial Engagement
- Support onboarding and initial engagement activities for new members by coordinating required documentation, tracking progress, and assisting with onboarding deliverables.
- Assist with member setup, contract activation, supplier connections, and onboarding-related implementation activities.
- Participate in onboarding meetings and support follow-up activities to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate member, supplier, and contract records throughout the onboarding process.
- Support Vizient activation activities by tracking participation status, required documentation, and onboarding milestones.
- Assist with member contract alignment activities to support contract utilization and participation opportunities.
Contract & Supplier Coordination
- Send supplier notifications and documentation to support contract connections for new members.
- Follow up on pending supplier connection requests to ensure timely responses and accurate contract execution.
- Support contract activation and contract load processes by coordinating with suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist with validating contract pricing, member eligibility, and participation status.
- Monitor contract pricing changes and identify discrepancies, variances, or loading issues for review and resolution.
- Work with suppliers, distributors, and members to help resolve pricing, contract participation, and connection-related issues.
- Support contract maintenance activities, including updates to contract records, pricing information, and participation data.
Savings, Analytics & Reporting Support
- Maintain and audit savings databases, tracking invoice savings, rebate savings, and member participation across the contract portfolio.
- Update and maintain contract tracking tools, pricing files, reporting databases, and onboarding records.
- Run and maintain reports related to contract connections, activation status, savings opportunities, participation levels, pricing updates, and onboarding progress.
- Prepare member-facing contract summaries, savings reports, analytics, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in identifying savings opportunities and supporting member participation in contracted programs and initiatives.
- Review reports and data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for leadership, member meetings, and committees.
Project Participation Support
- Support project opt-in/opt-out processes, including preparation of analytics, communications, and participation documentation.
- Track and manage member participation selections to ensure alignment with applicable projects and contracts.
- Support member inquiries related to contract participation, project enrollment, and onboarding activities, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate participation records and supporting documentation.
Collaboration & Administrative Support
- Support onboarding, reporting, and contract-related activities for members, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with onboarding, implementation, analytics, and member engagement teams to support member service initiatives and onboarding activities.
- Assist with documentation, meeting preparation, follow-up activities, project tracking, and onboarding support.
- Maintain organized records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and the member experience.
- Provide administrative and analytical support across onboarding, reporting, and contract-related activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, customer service, contract administration, supplier relations, healthcare operations, data analysis, or a related support role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting healthcare supply chain, GPO, contract management, supplier relations, member onboarding, or implementation activities.
- Familiarity with Vizient contracts, supplier activation processes, or healthcare contract participation requirements.
- Experience maintaining databases, reporting tools, savings tracking systems, or contract records.
- Experience working with pricing files, contract loads, pricing validation, or contract compliance activities.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Microsoft Access, or similar business applications.

Physical Requirements

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
