Trailblazing Properties is a fast-growing real estate investment company. We buy, renovate, and sell properties across the St. Louis and Metro-East Illinois area. We move fast and need a dependable person in the field to help us keep moving.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a reliable, self-directed Field Coordinator to be our "eyes and hands" in the field. You'll visit properties, document them, handle permits and lockboxes, run materials to job sites, and keep our office and shop stocked and organized. If you like being on the road, staying busy, and being trusted to get things done without someone looking over your shoulder — this is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Visit properties (including some 1–2 hours out) and send clear photos/video walk-throughs
- Complete quality-control walk-throughs at renovation milestones
- Install lockboxes; apply for and pick up permits
- Deliver materials to job sites and make supply pickups
- Run errands and keep the office + shop container stocked and organized
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
- Comfortable on the road daily
- Smartphone-savvy (able to take/send photos and video, use apps like CompanyCam)
- Organized, punctual, and able to follow a checklist
- Handy or construction-aware is a big plus (you can describe what you're seeing at a property)
- Self-starter who can be trusted to work independently
NICE TO HAVE
- Real estate or construction experience
- Familiarity with the St. Louis / Metro-East area
