Our perfect candidate has:
- Previous orthodontic or dental office experience.
- Proven leadership, administrative and team development skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience with orthodontic or dental practice management software is preferred.
- Financial and business management experience is a plus.

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and an outstanding patient experience.
- Manage scheduling efficiency, staffing, and workflow.
- Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused office culture.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Fielding incoming calls, including scheduling appointments and answering questions.
- Presenting treatment plans, costs, and financial options to patients.
- Completing various clerical duties.
- Verifying and filing insurance claims and explaining insurance benefits to patients.
- Process payments (cash, credit, checks, EFT) and post to patient accounts.
- Working with patients to resolve past due accounts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
