Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Service Plumber to join our team and deliver exceptional plumbing solutions across various commercial construction and maintenance projects. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications.
- Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly for complex piping systems in accordance with project specifications.
- Conduct remodeling, maintenance, and repair work on existing plumbing infrastructure within commercial facilities.
- Utilize construction site experience to ensure safe work practices
- Apply mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics to support integrated building services.
- Operate a variety of tools including hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for pipe installation and welding.
- Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all commercial driving regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections in compliance with company policies.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial settings or large-scale remodeling projects.
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting schematics related to plumbing systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems installation and maintenance is helpful.
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols
- Knowledge of mechanical systems related to plumbing and building infrastructure is essential.
- Valid commercial driver’s license and a clean driving record accepted by our insurance.
Pay: $28.50 - $35.00 per hour
