Now Hiring Caregivers Serving:
- Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Stafford, Orange (Lake of the Woods), Caroline, King George, Louisa (Lake Anna area) and Culpeper
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and hygiene
- Supporting safe mobility and physical activity
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Light housekeeping and tidying
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Running errands or helping with shopping
What You Bring:
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- A heart for helping and a proactive mindset
- Valid Virginia driver’s license + auto insurance (required)
- TB test results (if any)
- Two forms of ID (Social Security, Birth Certificate or Passport)
- Valid PCA, CNA, or HHA certification (preferred but not required)
- Experience in home care or facilities (preferred but not required)
Complete Hiring Process (estimated duration: 4-5 business days)
- After applying, expect a call from our recruiter within 2-3 business days for a Pre-Screening Phone Interview.
- If selected to move forward, you will receive an Application Packet via email. The packet must be completed in full by Monday at 4:00 PM. Please note that the packet will expire at the deadline and will no longer be accessible afterward.
- Once your application packet is completed, you will be scheduled for an In-Person Interview at our office. Interviews are held every Tuesday at either 11:00 AM or 2:00 PM.
- Candidates who successfully pass the Interview and Criminal Background Check will receive an email requesting for the required documents together with a Conditional Offer Letter (including initial pay rate offer), Pre-Orientation Packet, Withholdings/I-9 Packet, and Motor Record Check Invitation. All paperwork must be completed and submitted by Thursday at 4:00 PM.
- Once all required paperwork has been completed, you will be scheduled for Orientation and Training, held every Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- Orientation and Training is paid at $12.77/hr and a drug test will be conducted
- Upon successful completion of Orientation and Training, you will receive your Final Offer Letter (including final pay rate offer) via email.
