Essential Functions
- Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric residents
- Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients’ needs and capabilities
- Apply interventions to maximize performance for daily living and instrumental activities
- Prepare documentation, progress notes, reports and discharge summaries as required
Professional Qualifications
- Valid NYS OT License
- SNF / Sub-Acute / Long-Term Care experience in required
- Experience with MDS
- Fully vaccinated against COVID
- Sponsorship NOT provided
