Our facility offers both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a close-knit, small-town setting where staff and residents know each other by name. Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Duties
Supervise nursing staff and oversee resident care during the shift
Serve as the clinical leader and point of contact for the building
Ensure care is delivered according to care plans and facility standards
Support, guide, and mentor nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Respond to and manage clinical situations as they arise

Salary: $93,000 – $100,000 per year

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications
Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
Prior nursing supervisor experience
