We are currently hiring caregivers, Home Health Aides HHA or Certified Nursing assistants CNA who are FLUENT in Mandarin to assist with some of our homecare clients in the Newton-Needham area.
-Immediate openings for MANDARIN speaking caregivers.
Must Haves:
- CNA Certificate or HHA certificate
- GED or High school, diploma
- Daytime availability
- Empathy and being able to redirect clients when needed.

Responsibilities of the CNA/HHA Caregiver include:
- Assistance with daily activities and personal care
- Companionship by providing socialization to those who may rarely leave their home
- Light homemaking such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dish washing, taking out the trash, laundry, linen change, organizing, keeping areas clear for walking safety
- Medication reminders
- Preparing meals and snacks
- Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
- Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
- Dementia/ Alzheimer's care
- Hospice care
- Driving, grocery shopping and running errands as needed
Requirements of the CNA/HHA Caregiver:
- Must have a desire to help seniors stay safely and comfortably in their homes
- Certified Nursing Assistant license or Home Health Aide certification required, CPR certification preferred
- Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- High school graduate or G.E.D. certificate preferred
