Growing outpatient healthcare practice seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, has strong clinical judgment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, offering a consistent daytime schedule with no overnight shifts, weekends, or major holiday requirements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
- Develop and manage treatment plans
- Order and review diagnostic testing and laboratory results
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members
Qualifications
- Current Illinois Nurse Practitioner license
- National board certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
