Job Overview
We are looking for one line cook who can maintain 10-15 minute ticket times during peak hours working on grill and sautee.
Pay will be based on experience, skill, attendance and being a consistent positive member of the team.

Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and plating ingredients efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely by following proper handling procedures and sanitation practices
- Support cooking processes under supervision, ensuring timely delivery of dishes
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and transactions
- Buss tables and clear dining areas promptly to ensure a clean environment for guests
- Support banquet service by preparing and serving food during events or large gatherings
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all health regulations and safety protocols diligently to uphold high standards of hygiene
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in banquet service, hotel kitchens, or culinary roles is advantageous
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean workspace in accordance with food safety regulations
