We represent models, actors, and content creators of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities, connecting them with opportunities in fashion, film, television, commercial work, and digital media.
Responsibilities
- Scout, interview, and evaluate new talent to determine if they are a good fit for the agency.
- Build relationships with prospective talent through phone calls, referrals, events, social media, and networking.
- Meet talent acquisition and sales goals while contributing to and participating in creative lead generation ideas both in person and online.
- Find, secure, manage, and coordinate bookings and contracts for models, actors, and content creators.
- Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and provide the best talent for their projects.
- Represent the agency with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the entertainment industry.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, confident, and comfortable presenting the value of the agency.
- Available to work in the office on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
