- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
## Experience
- Proven experience as a Prep Cook or relevant culinary position
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Experience in meal preparation, food service, or catering is a plus
