This role serves as the operational analytics partner to the business, supporting data-driven decision-making across manufacturing and supply chain functions. The position is responsible for extracting,
validating, analyzing, and interpreting data from ERP, MES, SQL databases, and other operational systems. Key areas of focus include inventory management, material planning, purchasing, BOM analysis, lead time
tracking, cost analysis, and KPI reporting. The role works closely with leadership to transform complex data into actionable business insights and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate
possesses advanced Excel and SQL skills, strong analytical capabilities, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to independently solve complex problems.

Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.

Extract, analyze, validate, and interpret data from Epicor, Aegis, MiSys, SQL databases, and other systems.

Drive insights and recommendations for inventory analysis, material planning, purchasing, and supply chain decision making.

Analyze inventory shortages, excess inventory, supplier performance, lead times, and manufacturing performance.

Perform BOM comparisons, cost analysis, product costing reviews, and material usage reporting.

Create recurring and ad hoc reports for Operations and Executive Leadership.

Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.

Support process improvement initiatives through datadriven recommendations.

Improve reporting efficiency through automation and streamlined reporting processes.

Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems.

Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and Leadership
teams.

Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $95K to $110K per year. The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, job-related knowledge, internal equity, and geographical location.
