The Hospice Aide provides compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients in an inpatient setting. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene and activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, hair care, and feeding. Additional duties include changing bed linens, performing light housekeeping, ensuring patient comfort, and offering emotional support through meaningful bedside interaction. The Hospice Aide works under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of direct patient care experience in an inpatient hospice unit, hospital, skilled nursing facility, or long-term care setting.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team and follow the direction of RN nursing staff.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
