Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative
We are a growing independent insurance agency seeking a licensed and experienced Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative and to join our fast-paced office. This position is ideal for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most while building lasting relationships. Primary Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify prospective clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options, recommending appropriate insurance solutions based on each client's unique circumstances.
- Prepare insurance quotes, present coverage options, and close new business.
- Review policies with clients, explain coverage, and recommend appropriate additions or changes to their insurance program.
- Proactively contact existing clients to renew policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional products or coverage enhancements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and insurance company underwriters.
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, claims guidance, and other service-related needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and production goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred. We welcome motivated candidates who are not currently licensed but are willing to obtain their license after hire
- At least one year of insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to long-term career growth in the insurance industry.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
