Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and personalized communication to promote our products and services.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct data entry accurately to update client records, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using Microsoft Office tools.
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and positive experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on outreach efforts, sales campaigns, and client retention initiatives.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Maintain professionalism with excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple calls efficiently in a call center environment.
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
- Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services—call center experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling, data entry, cash handling, and typing at a professional level.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting client data and making informed decisions.
